Please note: All SALE items are FINAL SALE and not eligible for exchange or refund.

Exchanges (for non-sale items):

• Within 10 days of your purchase date, email us at [email protected] to request an exchange.

• Items can be exchanged for a similar style, color, or size (subject to availability).

• We will provide return shipping instructions upon request.  You are responsible for all return shipping costs.

• Ensure your return shipment is insured and trackable. BLK Creative Studio is not liable for lost or damaged packages.

• We will process your exchange within 5 business days of receiving your returned item.

Additional Options:

• In some cases, we may offer store credit for returned items that meet our exchange policy criteria.
