    How to initiate a return or exchange:

    • Select the items you wish to return or exchange and specify your reason.
    • You will receive instructions and a return shipping label (no cost to you!).
    • Pack the items securely in their original packaging and attach the return label.
    • Ship the package using the provided label.

    Refund or Exchange Options:

    • Refund: Once we receive and inspect the returned items, we will issue a full refund to your original payment method within 5 business days.
    • Exchange: Choose this option if you'd like a different size, color, or item. We will process the exchange upon receiving the returned item and ship your new selection within 3 business days.
    • Store Credit: Opt for store credit valid for 45 days on any future purchase at BLK Creative Studio.

  • Washing:

    • Machine wash cold: Opt for a gentle cycle with cold water to preserve the fabric and colors. Avoid harsh detergents that can fade colors.

    • Hand wash: If the garment is particularly has intricate embellishments, consider hand washing in cool water with a gentle detergent.

    • Turn inside out: Washing clothes inside out helps protect the face fabric from abrasion and fading, especially for graphic prints or delicate details.
